Asha has been a committee member since October 2018 and been volunteering with EDAC/KIN since 2009.Has a Mathematics degree and a Master of Information Technology. She worked overseas as a software developer/IT executive developing in-house software, providing face-to-face training and other IT related support. Asha has 12 years of experience working in the IT related industry. She subsequently completed a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice and Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University. Asha has done work experience at the Department of Child Protection (Civil Litigation Unit) and has also worked as an interpreter providing services to Centrelink and Migration Review Tribunal. She is passionate about being involved and advocating for people with disability and their families. Is of Indian background.
