Please introduce yourself, where you are from and your role at Kin?
Hi, I’m Wendy Rose, the CEO of Kin Disability Advocacy. I was born in Durban, South Africa.

How long have you been working at Kin?
I’ve worked at Kin since 2011. However, I’ve been involved in the agency in different roles since its inception 28 years ago.

What is your favourite part about working at Kin?
Seeing the passion everyone brings to the workplace every day. And the wins, no matter how small, that we know will make a positive difference in someone’s life.

What is something you have learnt from working at Kin?
To be fearless in fighting to uphold the rights of the most vulnerable people in our community.
