Who we are

We advocate for Australians with layered disadvantages — those with disability, cultural and language barriers — to have equal opportunity for a better life. We defend your rights and empower you to self-advocate. We have the knowledge to help you make informed choices to live a life full of possibility.

Our partners

Two heads are better than one. Our partnerships create a strong united voice, draw together collective knowledge, and provide a bigger-picture way of tackling the issues identified in our advocacy. We direct partners to projects where they can make the greatest impact, making the most of our combined resources and expertise.

We encourage people with disability and their families/carers who share our vision and are passionate about making a difference to become a financial member. We’ve kept our membership fees affordable because we want to give everyone the chance to add their voice to our advocacy. Please note you don’t need to be a member to access our services.

I have never met such nice people, who care and do all that they can to help. Everyone at Kin make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
