The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the national scheme that supports people with disability to live a good life. There are two separate government agencies that deliver the NDIS – the NDIA & the NDIS Commission.

The NDIS Commission sets rules to uphold the rights of people in the NDIS. If these rights are not upheld, then people in the NDIS have the right to speak up or make a complaint.

The NDIS Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standard of behaviour that people in the NDIS should expect from their supports and services.
